Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Strat Core Solutions, a California sole proprietorship ("we", "us"). By installing or using Home Manager, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who may use Home Manager
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you use the app on behalf of a household or business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account secure — anyone who controls it controls your Home Manager data. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content stays yours
Everything you put into Home Manager — your properties, items, photos, notes and contacts — remains yours. You grant us only the narrow, non-exclusive licence needed to host, back up, synchronise and display that content to you, so the app can function. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not share it for advertising.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Home Manager is free to use with limits. Paid tiers unlock more.
- All payments are processed by Google Play, under Google's own terms. We never receive your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
- A 7-day free trial is offered on annual plans only, for new subscribers. Monthly plans have no trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the annual plan begins and you are charged.
- Cancel any time in Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Changing plans mid-term uses Google's proration, so unused value is credited toward the new plan.
- Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy. We can rarely override it.
- If we change prices, we will give you notice and the change will apply only from your next renewal. You may cancel before it takes effect.
Deleting your Home Manager account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play separately.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Home Manager to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, to probe or bypass its security or entitlement limits, or to resell access to it. Do not reverse engineer the app except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Maintenance suggestions are informational
Home Manager is a record-keeping tool, not a professional advisor. Maintenance schedules, reminders, and any suggested tasks are general information. They are not inspection advice, engineering advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Always follow your manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety codes, and hire a licensed professional for work that calls for one. You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your property.
7. Availability, and keeping your own copies
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. Home Manager stores your data on your device as well as on our servers, but you should keep your own backups of anything irreplaceable. Use the in-app export.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Manager is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow excluding implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or the cost of substitute services. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the app, or your breach of these terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Home Manager at any time and delete your account from the app or at stratcoresolutions.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, or if we are required to by law. Sections 3, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California. Nothing prevents either of us from bringing a qualifying claim in small-claims court.
13. Apple and Google
Your use of Home Manager is also subject to the terms of the app store you obtained it from. The app store operators are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or for supporting it, though they may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries where their rules require it.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Home Manager after that means you accept the new terms.
