Delete your Home Manager account
Applies to the Home Manager app (com.housemanager) · Strat Core Solutions
You can delete your account and all of its data here, without installing the app. Sign in to prove the account is yours, then confirm. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Immediately and permanently:
- Your properties, rooms and items
- Maintenance tasks, along with their completion and dismissal history
- Service contacts and their links to your properties
- Every photo and thumbnail you uploaded
- Your sign-in identity, so you can no longer log in
What is kept
One audit record: your former account identifier, the date, whether a subscription was active, and whether deletion succeeded. It holds no photos, no catalogue content, and no email address. We keep it to show that deletion requests were honoured. See the Privacy Policy.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account here does not cancel a Google Play subscription — Google controls that billing relationship, not us. Open the Play Store → Subscriptions → Home Manager → Cancel before you continue, or you may keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
Delete
Start by signing in with the same account you use in the app.
Signed in with Apple? Apple sign-in is available on iOS. Email privacy@stratcoresolutions.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

Delete from inside the app under Settings → Account & Data → Delete account, or email privacy@stratcoresolutions.com from your account's email address. We respond within 30 days.
